With a spacious garden around it, the sun or the shade can always be found. Furthermore, a beautiful pine tree on the plot ensures natural coolness even without the use of air conditioning.

The accommodation of approximately 100 m2 with 5 bedrooms is suitable for 10 people. The maison is fully equipped. There is also a large covered "outside living room" with lounge sofa and large table. This gives you the opportunity to cook extensively "at home" for the group. Do you prefer to eat out? Then the town of Juan les Pins with its many restaurants and bars is a 5-minute walk away. This allows guests to go in all directions, both during the day and in the evening and at night because a car is simply not necessary due to the short distances.
