This countryside villa is located in Kringa, it is detached and in a residential area in the village of Pinezici. The property has 4 bedrooms and can accommodate 8 guests, it is perfect for a large family vacation. Located in central Istria, it is nestled in the hinterland of Vrsar and Porec and is known for its well preserved medieval history. Being one of the most visited regions in Istria, it has great food, beaches, culture and a good dose of entertainment. It has an open space on the ground floor with a living room that has a fireplace, a dining area and a covered terrace. The villa has a sauna, recreation room and a swimming pool in the garden. The sea, water sports, nightlife, doctor, boat and town center of Porec are 20 KM away. The nearest airport is the Pula Airport and it is at a distance of 49 KM. A mandatory security deposit of € 400 in cash must be paid on arrival. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed at the cost of € 10 per night.
