The first two bedrooms have one double and two single beds ( that can be unified) respectively and the third (the independent one) has two united single beds that can been used as a double bed as well. All of the rooms in this floor have access to the individual perfect sea view, with wood pergola, furnished garden of the house.
On the upper floor there’ s a fully furnished living room, with fireplace, TV plasma 32 inch, the sitting room and its continuity on the one side there is a comfortable traditional kitchen and a WC and on the other one a private perfect sea view terrace and an external staircase that lead to the private garden of the residence. In the sitting room there are two sofas and the one off them can be used as an extra bed, while there is a second extra bed that comes up from the bottom underneath by using a mechanism that able it to get up and joins the other.
All rooms are air-conditioned and have their own TV plasma touch. The house has internet connectivity with ethernet cable and wi-fi in public areas.
There is a swimming pool for the five houses with garden chairs and lounges . Free parking is available.
