In restoring the structure as a comfortable vacation house of exceptional character, the owners' main aim was to respect the original features of the building. Rooms with wood-beamed ceilings are well-sized and open to the most beautiful views of the valley, with wheat fields, olive groves, and cypress trees. The owner family maintained the traditional structure of the farmhouse and kept the house divided into two independent units: the ground level, once the stables, which can accommodate ten people, and the top level, where the peasants used to live, which sleeps four more people. As a result, Villa Pamina is the perfect setting for family reunions or groups of friends looking for an “oasis” of tranquility, surrounded by art and culture. The villa sleeps 14 guests and is approximately 600 sqmt. On the ground floor there is a fully-equipped chef's kitchen (fridge with freezer, oven, microwave oven, kettle, 5 rings cooker, dishwasher); a huge living-dining room with double doors opening to the front patio and to the back garden. In the smaller living room there is a large stone fireplace surrounded by wide red sofas spreading a warm and cozy atmosphere. Five spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms complete the remaining space on this floor. An external stone staircase leads to the upper floor unit; four breathtaking arched windows overlook the valley and the huge oak tree in front of the house, creating an open and dynamic space.
