bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The whole of the Upper level is for
the master bedroom suite: Main bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, front
pool facing balcony and a large side terrance with relaxing seating.
The ground level has a large entertainment lounge, 3 bedrooms (2
bathrooms) utility area, communications centre. Patio doors to lower
pool terrance and pool. There is an elevator that gives access to all 3
levels.
Living Room
The living room is air-conditioned and has a ornamental fireplace,
dining area, comfortable sofas, DVD Player, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi. There are patio doors to the pool terrace with Sea views.
Kitchen
The kitchen is air-conditioned and features a toaster, coffee maker,
granite work top, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator,
stove/hob and oven. There is also a barbecue outside.

Wheel Chair access: The main entrance door is 100cm wide. From the
entrance, immediately to the right, is a 1 bedroom suitable for
wheelchair accessibility. (The bedroom door is 74cm wide). There is an
ensuite bathroom with shower (the door to the bathroom is 74cm wide and
there are no steps into the shower). Additionally there is an
assistance grab bar and emergency alarm cord. The villa also has an
elevator, suitable for wheelchairs, that gives access to all 3 levels.
A wheelchair ramp can be provided to assist direct access to the pool.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
