The property enjoys beautiful views over the surrounding countryside and to the mountains as well as an excellent location, 10 minutes drive from old town Pollensa and the Golf course whilst Alcudia and the fantastic sandy beaches of Port de Pollensa, Platja d'Alcudia and Platja de Muro are also just a short drive away (15 minutes). Inside, particular attention has been given to the renovation combining traditional features with modern comforts to create interiors that are now particularly stylish. Set over one floor the open-plan living space has high beamed ceilings, whitewashed walls and glass doors out to the terrace which provides plenty of natural light. There are comfortable sofas, a wood-burner fire, flat-screen satellite TV and a dining table. Adjacent is a fully-equipped kitchen with a breakfast bar/stools and a walk-in larder with a door to the poolside terrace. An archway leads from the lounge to the 3 spacious bedrooms (1 double, 2 twins) one of the twin bedrooms has its own en-suite shower room while the other bedrooms share a family shower room. A utility room with a washing machine is located outside and also houses an additional shower room. A covered terrace runs along one side of the house and overlooks the gardens and countryside beyond. A sun terrace with loungers surrounds the inviting swimming pool that attracts the sun all day and a covered barbecue area is provided for al-fresco dining. Air-Conditioning and Heating
Where stated air-conditioning is included and acts as a cooling and heating system on a timer (available for use between 14:00 - 16:00 and 20:00 - 08:00 hours).

Electric Cars
Please check in advance if you are bringing an electric car as not all properties have the electrical installation prepared to support this service. If available there is an extra charge, payable in advance on arrival: 100 € per week per car.

Security/Damage Deposits
Groups of guests under the age of 25 years may be asked to pay a security/damage deposit on arrival, refunded 14 days from departure after satisfactory inventory and damages inspection: 150 €/person.
