Embedded in the terrace is the 5,00 m x 8,00 m (x 1.50 m depth) pool with jacuzzi. A flexible displaceable glazing on the large dining area on the terrace offers protection on windy or cooler days.

The house is 10 minutes walk from Pitsidia village and 20 minutes walk from Kommos beach. In the village you will find supermarkets, taverns, restaurants, cafes, a pharmacy, and even a dentist!
