Large glass doors lead to an expansive outdoor terrace where a heated swimming pool overlooks the serene Adriatic coast. Other Things to Note:
Pool heating is available at an additional charge outside the peak summer months. From July 1st to September 15th, pool heating up to 26°C is complimentary, with an additional charge of €50 per day for heating above 26°C. From September 15th to July 1st, pool heating up to 28°C is available for €50 per day.

The rental price includes tourist tax and VAT, bathroom amenities, bed linens and towels, air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a welcome package, final cleaning, pool maintenance, and the services of a dedicated house manager. For larger groups, the villa can be rented alongside neighboring properties for additional space and comfort.
