The interior is light and has a cosy atmosphere. Stephanie has a constructed area of 102 m2 and is situated on a plot of 500 m2 . Terraces are available. You will find the swimming pool at the back of the villa. You reach the pool via a small staircase leading up. Here you can enjoy the sun and the Spanish way of life. Stephanie has a permanent stone barbecue and cooking facilities. This holiday home is very suitable for several families due to its privacy.Additional features: Please check if youth groups (average age equal to or under 25 years) are allowed in this holiday residence, it may require a refundable security deposit of 1000€.
