Located on a 900 square meters plot of land, the villa is amphitheatrically built on the slope of a small hill, gazing upon the Cretan Archipelago, just 1 km from the nearest beach. The villa artfully blends contemporary with traditional styles in order to create a sophisticated ambience. Is a two-storey property, covering 190 m2 and featuring 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The Villa can accommodate 6 guests in beds and up to 8 if necessary (extra beds).
Arriving at Joy Exclusive Villa, you are welcomed by a spacious lawn covered garden with palm trees and a stone paved path leads you to the main entrance of the Villa. Entering the Villa, you will find yourselves on the first floor, where two of the bedrooms are located, both of which, have a dressing table, access to a balcony equipped with patio furniture, 40’’ HDTVs and en-suite bathrooms. One of the bathrooms has a shower cabin with hydro massage column and hamam, while the other has a jacuzzi bathtub. All bedrooms are air conditioned, equipped with Super King sized beds (2,00 X 2,00 m), which can also be set up as 2 single beds (1,00 X 2,00 m) with hypo-allergic anatomical mattresses.
After descending a few stairs, you will meet the ground floor of the Villa featuring an open plan area consisted of the living room and the kitchen. The living area features comfortable sofas and armchairs, an open fireplace, a 60’’ Smart 4K TV with a fully functional home theatre with Netflix, office working space and offers direct access to the veranda and the pool area. The kitchen is fully equipped with top quality appliances, making your every day, self-catered holiday as easy as possible. One additional bedroom with en-suite bathroom, with jacuzzi bathtub can be found on this level. Finally, a family bathroom with jacuzzi bathtub is also available, as well as a laundry room in the basement, including a washing machine and dryer.
The spacious, beautifully landscaped, outdoor area of Joy Exclusive Villa enjoys beautiful views of the sea and the surrounding area and offers a variety of facilities which include:
