VILLA SANTINA - AREZZO AREA
Located near Arezzo in Tuscany, Villa Santina offers a swimming pool and two independent cottages (with one and two bedrooms). Nestled in a secluded valley, the villas are an excellent choice for those looking for a quiet and relaxing holiday. Several of Tuscany's well-known towns are within driving distance - such as Arezzo, Montepulciano, Pienza, Cortona, Siena, and Florence - and you can find restaurants and supermarkets nearby.
Villa Santina consists of a one-bedroom cottage and a two-bedroom cottage that both develop over two levels.
Cottage 1 (sleeps 4)
The larger of the two cottages, on the ground floor you will find a split-level living room with a kitchen area (with freezer, oven, gas hob, dishwasher and a table and chairs), a dining area (with a table that seats four) and down a few steps, a living area (with sofa, chairs, and a fireplace).
In the sleeping area you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath and shower) and one double bedroom (with double bed and bath) and a bathroom (with shower).
Cottage 2 (sleeps 2)
The smaller of the two cottages, on the ground floor you will find a kitchenette (with dishwasher and oven) and one double bedroom (with double bed) with ensuite bathroom (with bath and shower) and direct access to a private terrace (with table and chairs) for alfresco meals.
On the upper level, you will find a living room with glass walls overlooking the garden and swimming pool.
Outside you will find a landscaped garden with a swimming pool (10m x 4m; depth 1.3m) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers), and both cottages have private terraces overlooking the pool (with tables, chairs, and sun loungers).
