The living area is divided between the living room and dining area overlooking the large veranda with a beautiful volcanic stone table for outdoor dining and BBQ masonry. The kitchen area is fully equipped, next to the kitchen a bathroom very comfortable day. On the same floor we have a double room with en suite which is ideal for people who have difficulty climbing stairs.
On the first floor we have three bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom and all with a private terrace, the one in the master bedroom is large and well exposed to the sun. All rooms are well furnished, comfortable and with a nice light exposure.
On the front of the villa a porch offers an indoor summer stay from which to enjoy the beautiful lawned garden in moments of relaxation.
The parking can accommodate up to two cars and is accessed via electric gate.
By bike you can easily reach the local market held every Saturday, a well-equipped supermarket, a pharmacy, a fenced-in playground for children and the Versiliana Park.
