Villa Sophia is located in a very quiet and green residential area of Forte dei Marmi, just 1.5 km from the beach.
The property boasts a well-kept, fenced garden with lawn, enriched by some valuable sculptures.
From the two large terraces (located on the upper floors), you can admire a splendid view of the Apuan Alps.
The covered patio is equipped with a table for 10 people, ideal for alfresco lunches/dinners, in complete privacy and tranquility.
In the basement of the villa there is a garage for 2 cars, accessible via a ramp from the side gate.
Internal Description
Villa Sophia is elegantly furnished in a clever mix of modern and classic Tuscan-Versilian style. The interiors – characterised by colored and precious marbles, together with the selected furnishing accessories – offer a bright, pleasant and classy atmosphere.
The property is spread over 4 floors, and can accommodate up to 10 people, has 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms.
Internet Wifi is available throughout the villa except in the basement. All bedrooms and the living room are equipped with air conditioning. Pets are not allowed.
Basement: The spacious basement, whici is perfectly furnished, consists of an open-space living area with: a wooden dining table for 10 people, a second table for 4 people, and a comfortable corner sofa. Next you will find a wooden kitchen, equipped with: stove, oven and refrigerator.
A bathroom with shower, a laundry room and a small gym (that guests can use free of charge) complete the floor.
Ground floor: You are welcomed by a bright, open-space living area with large windows, and a blue granite floor. This room is furnished with: a large corner sofa, tv, decorative fireplace, and a dining table for 6 people. Following is a an island kitchen with direct access to the garden, fully equipped with: stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee machine.
Also on the ground floor there is a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.
First floor: Going up some white marble stairs you can reach the first floor which houses 3 double bedrooms: one bedroom has ensuite bathroom with shower and large terrace, while the other two share a bathroom with shower and hot tub.
Second floor: On the top floor of the villa you will find a double bedroom with a large terrace, and a bathroom with shower.
Prices and conditions
Included in the price: Internet Wifi.
Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (400.00€); utilities according to consumption (water, gas, electricity). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 4,000.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (200.00€) is also requested at check-in (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
