The position of the house, between Lake Albano (9,5 km) and Lake Nemi (4 km), allows to visit many sites of the area, like Castel Gandolfo, Pope's summer residence (9km) , Frascati with its cellars (18 km), Anzio with its harbor, bathing establishments and ferries to Ponza Island (32 km), Rome (32 km). The owner lives in a villa with independent entrance 100 m away.
