The Space:
The ground floor of this extraordinary villa consists of fully equipped modern kitchen, a spacious dining area with table for 10 and a wide living room. Dining room is connected to the living area with direct exit to the terrace through the patio doors. Covered terrace offers breathtaking views to the sea and the islands around. Living area is stylishly decorated with contemporary blue sofas, fireplace and LCD TV. This floor also features one guest’s bathroom.
From living area there is a staircase leading to the first floor where there are five stylishly decorated bedrooms. Three bedrooms feature a private en suite bathroom, queen size beds and large wardrobe rooms. These three bedrooms have a direct exit to the terrace with garden furniture and an amazing sea view. The other two bedrooms are smaller; one has a view to the garden with olive trees and the other one is overlooking the swimming pool.
The penthouse suite on the second floor is an open space consisting of a king size bed, living area with comfortable sofa and a coffee table, large modern bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower. One bedroom has a queen size bed and a walk-in wardrobe closet. This area also features two balconies, one overlooking the sea and the other overlooking the pool terrace.
Beautiful private terrace features an outdoor swimming pool with sunbeds around overlooking the sea making it an ideal place for refreshment during the hot summer days. In the pool area there is spacious pergola and a rustic covered pavilion with summer kitchen and fireplace / barbecue pit and an outdoor dining area for 14 people.
