A large pool and big terraces with outdoor furnitures will let you enjoy the sun with perfect conditions.

The villa is located in a quiet street, 10min walking to la Croisette and le Palais des festivals. Close to any conveniences (supermarket, pharmacy, bakery...),
You can also park your cars inside the property. Also, there is garage (6,5 meters length x 4 meters width x 1,85 meters height).
This is a walking distance to all the Cannes attractions, palaces, restaurants, casinos... Antibes is 15/20 min by car, Nice 30 min, Monaco 45 min, Saint Tropez about 1 hour.
