Located in the residential neighbourhood "Chassin" in Anglet, at around only 5 minutes of drive to Biarritz and Anglet's beaches, and 2 km to Biarritz town centre, golfs, and many shops : French bakeries/pastries, tobacconists, groceries, pharmacy,pizzas... You also have Les Halles des 5 Cantons (a farmer market/food court), in the neighbourhood.
This 170m² villa designed by an architect, is welcoming and warm. Very bright and full of light, all the rooms overlook the garden and pool : the 9X4 meters pool is salt treated, heated at 28 Celius degrees (during summer) and secured by an electric shutter. The garden patio is about 120m² with sun lounger and an outdoor lounge to enjoy the sun or have a drink.
You will be able to park your cars safely in the secured garden of the house.
The Barbecue and Plancha grill will even improve your cooking experience to make your dinner parties unforgettable.

YOUR STAY :
- The rentals start and end on a Saturday during July and August
- During the rest of the year, the rental can start any other day
- Check-in is from 4 PM and Check-out is until 10AM
- Electricity and gas are included
- In case of a rental during winter, we kindly offer you wood for fireplace
- A set of sheets for each bed as well as bath and poll are included
- The pool is cleaned once a week by a pool specialist
- For your safety, we will provide you a rental contrat via e-mail
- A security deposit of €3.000 is to be given before checking in ans returned within 8 days after checking out if no deterioration requiring reparation is noticed
- fees for the managing of linen and cleaning before check-out : €160.
- No smoking is allowed inside the house
- No pets allowed
- Housecleaning can be arranged during the week (extra charge)
