The stunning natural view invites a good read, coffee, or glass of wine in the evening.
Located in Southern Dunes Community which is a PGA championship golf course rated 4.5 stars by Golf Digest and ranked in the top 6 courses in Florida. It offer a great 18 holes of golf.

This is the warmest room in the house because the sun is directly pointing towards that area during the entire day. We suggest keeping the room door open during the day; it will help the AC flow better and keep it with a nice temperature. We can not force the AC unit to run at a lower degree than the rest of the house.
The room has a fan with silence mode and a sensor that tells you the degree inside the room.

We offer an optional pool heater for a fee of $30.00 per day, and it must be purchased for the duration of your stay. We will make sure it is turned on before you arrive. Expect no more than 85F temperature.

ESSENTIALS STARTER KIT
Be mindful that your stay is self-catering. We will welcome you with essentials like toilet paper, paper towel, dishwasher soap, and personal essential as a starter kit. If you are staying for longer or feel the need to use more items or your own likable brands, we have the convenience of a Walmart located just walking distance from the property.
You will be welcomed with a tea and coffee station with sugar, coffee, and black tea.
The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, pots, and pans, plus everything you need to prepare for your meals.
Two dining areas are available inside the house.
LAUNDRY AREA:
Washer and Dryer with an iron table are available in the garage.
LIVING AREA:

THERMOSTAT:
It has settings locked and movement sensors to adapt for a desired temperature to avoid humidity.
We have set the thermostat to run at 76F during the day and the lowest 72F during the evening and night time.
SECURITY CAMERAS
We have cameras outside of the property. One is located in the pool area, and the other one is located in the front of the house, pointing the driveway for security purposes and always minding the guests' privacy.
HOT WATER
Be mindful of the amount of hot water you run at the same time. You will have hot water in the house, and we would love for you to enjoy it. But you need to know that if you use the hot water for the tub, you will need to wait for the heater to finish preparing the water for the other showers to be used. The tank has a certain (limited) capacity.
LOCATION:
The Villa is around 40 minutes drive from Disney and Universal area, but close enough to enjoy the magic of the parks. Expect longer drive in high season. It is normal when there are lots of people on vacation. But hey, you will be on vacation too ! So we hope the house is far enough from the noise to return from the parks to rest and relax.
HOUSE RULES:
1. You need to be 25 years or older to book with us. We kindly ask you to send us a copy of your ID before booking.
2. Please respect other people in the community and be quiet after 10 pm. We ask that you be prudently discreet, especially at night.
3. No more than 8 people can be staying in the house.
4. No pets.
5. No smoking or vape inside the house and pool area.
6. No parties or events. We are located in a quiet community, with neighbors eager to rest and relax.
7. Keep all doors closed. Do not open the garage door.
8. There is a penalty fee of $500 if rules are not followed.
There is one extra in between cleaning fee for stays of 10 days and over. One month stays, will be charged two extra in between cleaning fees. The crew is to pass by during your stay to clean, an we will notify you ahead of time.
CHECK OUT RULES:
★ Check out time is at 11:00 am
Please be mindful of other guests arriving that day and the time we need to clean and prepare everything for the next check-in.
★ A late Check Out fee of $50 will be applied.
★ If Late Check Out is made after 1:00 pm, another Stay Day will be charged.
POOL RULES:
The pool area is a place for fun; however, it can also be a place of danger. Extreme care should always be taken.
1. Diving, jumping, and running are strictly forbidden, and children must be supervised at all times.
2. The guest is fully responsible for any accidents and damages.
3. Do not run on deck
4. Do not swim alone
5. No pushing
6. Use bathroom (not pool)
7. No diving
8. No food or drinks inside
9. No glass in the patio area
We have provided you with plastic cups to use in the patio. If glass breaks in the patio surface, it might result in an injury.
Our house is thoroughly inspected after checkout. If items inside the house are missing, or damaged during your stay, consider it sold.
