Passports / ID Registration:

In compliance with the current legislation, after booking you will have to send us by email before arrival copies / photos of the passports / ID's of all the guests.

Arrival & Key Collection:

On your day of arrival you will be able to pick up the keys at our office located in Ciudad Quesada. If the office is closed, we will leave you the keys in one of our secure key boxes located just outside of our office in Ciudad Quesada. We will provide detailed instructions before arrival.
