"Villa Tramonto" is in fact a single villa in typical Tuscan style with a beautiful private swimming pool and a breathtaking sea view.
In the beautiful sea view porch you can enjoy summer dinners enjoying the unforgettable sunsets that our area gives us and maybe sipping some excellent local wine with a very pleasant summer breeze that caresses you.
Internally the villa consists of a double living room with TV and fireplace, dining room, kitchenette with oven and dishwasher and bathroom.
A large and comfortable internal staircase leads to the bedrooms - 2 double and 2 with single beds - and to 2 other bathrooms.
The villa is suitable for several families who want to spend a relaxing and privacy holiday together without sacrificing proximity to services because the villa is located 5 minutes by car from supermarkets and 10 minutes from the center of San Vincenzo.
It is not rented to groups of youths - only families.
Rearrangement/Cleaning of the villa and change of bedding during the stay only upon request and for a fee.
