Cà Cantoni is located about 700 m from Garda on a hill behind the Rocca and is surrounded by 3600 sq m of garden on the slope of the Rocca di Garda. The villa offers a breathtaking view of Lake Garda and the tranquility given by its extraordinary isolated position.
The house has been recently renovated with great care and quality finishes.
You reach Cà Cantoni along a narrow road that leads to the large gate of the property. The villa welcomes you with a covered garage where you can comfortably park 1 or 2 cars and unload your luggage.
The house is the result of a renovation process, tackled with great care and quality finishes, of an old Rustico and develops on two floors.
GROUND FLOOR
On their arrival, the ground floor welcomes our guests with a patio, a living room with an ancient fireplace and satellite TV, a bathroom and a kitchen.
The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, an induction hob, a dishwasher and all the necessary accessories to enjoy meals with family and friends.
Our guests can choose between dining with the comfort of the large dining table inside the traditional atmosphere of the kitchen and enjoying the magical summer atmosphere on the large outdoor terrace, furnished with a large outdoor table with parasol and barbecue for grilling.
SLEEPING AREA
Climbing the stairs to the first floor, our guests will find the first bedroom with a loggia. At the bottom of the room there are two single beds while the loggia houses a double bed. The room is completed by an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub.
The second and third bedrooms both have double beds and en-suite bathrooms with showers.
The fourth bedroom has a large double bed on the loggia. The room overlooks the panoramic terrace with a perfect view of the lake, which can also be enjoyed from the bathtub inside the en-suite bathroom, to enjoy the most relaxing moment of the day: the bath.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning systems.
OUTDOOR SPACES
The house offers a large outdoor area that can be used by our guests to relax and connect with nature.
The large garden all around the house has a great variety of plants, belonging to the traditional ecosystem of the Rocca, and fruit trees such as apples, figs and persimmons.
The terrace offers our guests the opportunity to feel surrounded by nature and tranquility thanks to the isolated position of the villa and the pleasant climatic conditions given by the proximity to the Rocca.
The focal point of the summer life of our villa is certainly the pool well integrated into the green garden, with a wonderful panoramic view of the Gulf of Garda and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas for perfect relaxation.
The pool is not heated and is usually open from 20.04 to 01.10.

THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Lake Garda, located in northern Italy, is a year-round tourist destination. Visitors can surf, sail and swim in the crystal clear waters of the lake, the largest in Italy. The Gardaland Resort, a theme park with a multitude of attractions such as the Sealife aquarium and Jumanji - The Adventure opening in 2022, is about 20 km away.
