The house is composed of a living room, with open kitchen and dining room. This space is air-conditioned. Above you have a large mezzanine with an average height of 1.95m high, for a space of almost 20m² with 3 single beds. This space is also air-conditioned. Then you have 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. For the exteriors, a swimming pool with deckchair, a garden area, and 2 large terraces, one to the east on the swimming pool side and the other to the west on the entrance side of the house to enjoy the shade or sun of your choice at any time of the day. In addition, both are equipped with large blinds to shelter you from the sun. The house has 2 parking spaces and wifi. We require a 25% deposit. Payment of the balance is made 1 month before entering the premises and at the latest 2 weeks before your arrival, except in the case of last minute reservations. The tourist tax is due to the owner for each tenant over 18 years old. The amount is that specified by the tourist office. Final cleaning is included and included in the price. All arrivals on Sundays and public holidays will be charged 100 euros extra. Arrivals on weekdays after 6 p.m. will also be charged extra.
