Description
Imagine staying within the walls of a medieval town? Well you can at Sea Haven, as it’s found on a quiet residential street inside Conwy’s three-quarters-of-a-mile-long walls. Thanks to this wonderful location, you can easily enjoy car-free holidays here. The castle and all the town’s amenities, including the highest proportion of independent stores of any UK town, can be found on your doorstep. You can even take the train to get here, as Conwy is on the London Euston-To-Holyhead route.
The owners of Sea Haven have taken a great deal of care to ensure that this family-friendly property is bright and airy as well as stylish and well-appointed. You’ll enjoy views of both the castle and the sea from an upstairs bedroom - there can’t be many bedrooms in the UK that can boast that!
Conwy’s medieval cobbled streets are a delight explore, giving way to small squares and hidden churches. A walk down to the small, historic quayside, where fishermen still hand-rake mussels from the Conwy estuary, is a particular delight. If you do manage to leave Conwy, you’re spoilt for choice for places to visit. Llandudno, Betws-y-Coed, Snowdonia National Park and even Anglesey’s stunning coastline are all easy to reach from here.
