On the ground floor at pool level, there is a large space composed of a bedroom with two single beds and a single bed sofa. In addition to this, there is a shower room and a kitchen.

EXTERIOR: The plot of 800m2 is fully enclosed and has a garden that consists of various plants, palms and with gravel areas. The pool is in front of the villa by a terrace equipped with sunbeds, barbecue and outdoor dining furnished area. We access this plot through a gate and has enough space to park our vehicles.

LOCATION: Located in the Los Pinos Calpe, a quiet residential area, just 800 meters from the sea and close to all amenities.
