This beautiful holiday home in Arona has a bedroom and a living room/ bedroom for 4 people. It is the ideal accommodation if you are looking for intimacy and privacy, perfect to escape from the city, rest, enjoy the views, the exterior of the house and the sea, just a few minutes away. The centre is 1.8 km away for spending quality time, enjoying the market and relishing the tasty food. There are many sea beaches in and around the vicinity where you can relax amid sun and sandy waters. The general supplies store and restaurant are 950 m away from the home from where you can buy essentials and eat all your heart wants. The home has a solarium and a private terrace for enjoying the surrounding views. There is a parking facility available. The kids can relax on the high chair and cot that is provided here. Prepare tasty meals in the kitchen and have them on the dining table. Tenerife South Airport is 10 km away. Visits are prohibited, only people who have correctly registered on arrival and proven their identity can be accommodated. Failure to comply will result in the immediate departure of the guests and the cancellation of their reservation without the right to any refund.

• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
• Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted
• It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
• This is a 4-person accommodation. Due to the measures surrounding the coronavirus, it is not allowed to stay in this accommodation in a group. You can book this accommodation if you and your fellow travellers form a family and/or household or travel with a group up to max 4 household(s). If you do not form a family or household or your tour group exceeds the max. number of households, access to the accommodation can/will be denied.
