Emsworth Slipper millpond is a 5 minute walk away and from here you can take a stroll to Emsworth Marina for a spot of breakfast at ‘The Deck', a popular café /restaurant with the locals. Emsworth town centre is a 10 minute walk with an abundance of cafés, restaurant, pubs and local shops including groceries and gift stores.

Emsworth has its own train station with direct links to Chichester, Portsmouth and London.

Flint Cottage is a two bedroom holiday let with good sized double and twin bedroom. Suitable for four people this quintessentially British holiday let is suitable for couples, families and your four legged friends. Dogs are very welcome and are sure to enjoy the abundance of walks from your door step. If you take a stroll into Westbourne the quaint Bakery here is excellent for picking up treats for your holiday.

Flint Cottage has one open plan living and dining room with plenty of space to entertain. The galley style kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to effectively self-cater during your stay when not out at one of the many local eateries.

There is also a separate wash room with washing machine. Free Parking is on the gravel track outside of the property.
