The Villa overlooks the Fraginesi plain and the view extends over the sea which can be seen in the distance. It consists of two floors. The upper floor consists of 4 double bedrooms which are air conditioned (one with 2 single beds and three with double beds) a bathroom (with a large shower box) and a living area which has a large panoramic window. The floor is enriched by a large veranda which has the advantage of being ventilated and fresh. The lower floor is accessed via a staircase and features a large living area with a bathroom (with shower) and an open kitchen, an infrared sauna for 2 people. From the floor it opens onto a veranda which has a beautiful 8x4 swimming pool with a solarium area. From the swimming pool you can enjoy the magnificent landscape in total relaxation. The solarium area has an outdoor shower (with hot water) which serves to make the most of your sunny days. The house is characterized by a unique natural coolness thanks to its elevated position and the context rich in fruit trees and centuries-old olive trees. The Villa at the same time is quite close to all the main attractions in the area. The house is able to accommodate up to 8 adults and two children.
