This mansion in Pian di San Martino, with 2 bedrooms accommodates 4 people and is ideal for families with children to enjoy a vacation with shared swimming pool and central heating. Kids will be busy playing in the playground on the estate. The nearby historical towns such as Orvieto, Perugia, and Assisi is ideal to visit in a short drive. At 1 km you can try horse riding and Todi town center at 5 km and Pian di San Martino town center at 2 km meets all your shopping needs. The mansion has a traditional ambience and comes with terracotta flooring and heavy oak beams. You can relax in the living-dining room with TV and fireplace. There are central heating and air conditioning for a pleasant stay. The family can gather for an evening barbecue in the garden. Kids have a cot and high chair to use. Safe parking, boules court, and a table tennis table are also provided. 1 pet is permitted on the premises. You can check-in between 4 – 7 PM and check-out between 8 – 10 AM.
