Description

The holiday home is situated over 3 floors:-
Ground floor: Kitchen / utility / twin bedroom with ensuite shower room, separate WC First floor: Double bedroom, reception room Second Floor: Master bedroom, further double bedroom & main bathroom

Ground Floor:

Main entrance hall leading to a bright and airy fully fitted kitchen which is equipped with all the essentials for that home from home experience. The dining table seats up to 8 guests overlooking the front garden. Large flat-screen TV, double oven, fridge freezer.

The utility room leads off the kitchen with extra storage space, separate washer/dryer. An ideal place to store fishing rods, wet gear, and any other outdoor equipment that guests may have.

Bedroom 1: Twin bedroom with chest of drawers, window to the front of the house, ensuite shower room. Freestanding wardrobe, carpeted

Steps leading upto the first floor:

Bedroom 2: Double bedroom, chest of drawers, window overlooking the back garden. Desk, wooden flooring.

The reception room is a relaxing space that has 2 x 2 seater comfy sofas, stove fire, soft lighting making a great place to relax and unwind after a fun filled day touring Connemara. There are patio doors opening to the back area with a small patio area, picnic bench, wooden bench & BBQ to dine alfresco.

Stairs leading to second floor:

Bedroom 3: Master bedroom is a bright, spacious and airy room with fully fitted wardrobes, window overlooking the front of the house, carpeted.

Bedroom 4: Double bedroom, free standing wardrobe, large mirror, window to the front of the house.
