The villa is located in a quiet cul-de-sac at Binisafua, a short distance along the coast from Binibeca. The villa is equipped to a very high standard with all modern conveniences. The airport is 15 minutes away and the flightpath sometimes provides an opportunity for plane spotting. The pretty sandy cove at Binisafua is only a 5 minute walk away. There are restaurants in easy walking distance and within a 10 minute drive are the working villages of Saint Climent and Saint Lluis. Closer is Binibeca Vell with numerous shops and restaurants and Binibecca beach. There are a number of supermarkets within easy driving distance therefore a car is recommended.
