The living/dining room has a sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm) with an exit to the garden, while the kitchen-/living room comes equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 induction hot plates, kettle, and electric coffee machine, also with an exit to the garden. There is a separate WC on the ground floor. Upstairs, you'll find a double bedroom with a double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm) and an exit to the balcony, as well as another room with two beds (80 cm, length 200 cm). The villa has a bathroom with a bath, bidet, and WC.
