This house is located between Ponta do Sol and Ribeira Brava, on the south coast of the Island, twenty meters from the beach with easy access to all the sights of Madeira. It has three bedrooms recently refurbished: a 25m2 en suite master bedroom with and sea views, a bedroom with two single beds and a third ideal for children with a bunk bed. The kitchen is fully equiped and opens out into the dining area with direct access to the outdoor patio and tropical garden with pool.
Nearby you will find three restaurants / bars that offer Madeiran regional food and snacks as well as a small grocery store for small purchases.
Across the road , you can take a dip in at Lugar de Baixo Beach or surf our local break point.
The location of the house makes it ideal for those who want to see the island, or wish to go hiking, whale watching or simply go to the beach.
