Villa Oak is a delightful 5 bed villa located in the Monte Golfe area of Quinta do Lago. Conveniently located just a few minutes drive from the beach and Quinta do Lago shopping with it's bars, restaurants and shops. Accommodation comprises of entrance hall with guest cloakroom leading to three reception rooms; a dining room, living room and TV room. The living room has plenty of comfortable seating, Bose surround sound system, and doors to the pool terraces. The separate living room has cable TV, video and DVD. The kitchen is fully fitted with all modern conveniences including microwave, dishwasher, American style fridge/freezer and coffee maker. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and dryer. On the ground floor there are two twin bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. On the first floor is the master bedroom with large double bed, cable TV and en-suite bathroom. There is also one twin and one double room on this floor, each with en-suite bathroom. Outside the very large landscaped gardens contain plenty of mature shrubs, flowering plants and trees. The large pool (8.4 x 5.5m) is surrounded by terraces with plenty of sun loungers and can be heated against an extra cost.
