This beautiful medieval cottage was built circa 1475 during the war of the roses as part of the St Mary’s college/university to house and educate the secular canons. This deceptively spacious property is set out over four floors and offers a wealth of history, charm and character, retaining its original period features throughout, yet offers the essential modern facilities and amenities.
Situated in the heart of this picturesque village on the Roman road in between Canterbury and the Cinque Port of Sandwich. Within close proximity of the coast in 3 directions, and a short drive from the World Heritage sites in the famous historic city of Canterbury which offers plenty for all, from museums, shopping, dining, cinemas, pubs and bars, or simply learning the history of Kent. The world famous St George’s golf course at Sandwich is one of several nearby.
