In winter and spring, the sauna offers and the house has in addition to the central heating and a (romantic) stove. And a big Weber grill station! The lockable carport / garage can accommodate two cars, motorcycles and / or a good dozen bikes / mountain bikes.
From Calvia there are many ways to enjoy nature. Beach and sea can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. Palma (16km) and the airport (28km) are also within easy reach. The center of Calvia can be reached in 5 minutes on foot. Original bars and restaurants offer a varied menu of food and drinks. For cyclists and hikers the finca is an ideal starting point for excursions and tours.
