From the main terrace leads a staircase to a big swimming pool (14 x 4,5 m). Left of the house there is a wind protected and covered barbecue with separate stone table and sitting area. In the house you will find a spiral staircase to a small roof terrace with 360° panoramic view.
The separate studio, which is directly attached to the main villa, is only available with an occupancy of 8 persons. It has a bedroom with double bed, a kitchenette and a bath.
Note: the costs for the air conditioning (cooling/heating) and for the gas central heating are not included in the rates and must be paid in cash on site according to consumption.
