Downstairs comprises of a comfortably furnished air-conditioned L-shaped lounge with both leather and fabric sofas, TV with News and International channels and DVD player. Large French windows open out onto a beautifully furnished covered porch, pool and lawned area. To the left of the lounge is the formal elegant air-conditioned dining room and on the opposite side of the hall comes the superbly fitted kitchen. This has dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob and oven and a fitted dining area to one side. Adjacent to the kitchen is the laundry with washing machine, walk-in pantry and exit onto the back terrace, and barbecue area. Outside, the superb private kidney-shaped pool has a shallow end for children and is surrounded by high walled hedges and spacious terraces. The outside is well furnished with comfortable seating and various tables so ideal for relaxing or dining al fresco. It isn't difficult to see why guests find it hard to tear themselves away from this stunning villa but its' excellent location offers fabulous opportunities for beach activities, water sports and amazing restaurants making it great choice for a holiday in Mallorca spent with family or friends.
