Cats—please note that the neighbourhood is home to some friendly feline residents, so don't be surprised if they come to say meow!​
Walking to Pollença is not recommended due to the lack of pavement and low visibility on the narrow rural road.
A car is necessary for this property.
Please note that pool heating services will not be offered during the months of July and August, aligning with the warm temperatures of the season.
While we cannot guarantee a specific pool temperature, the pool heating is designed to 'break the chill,' offering a comfortable and inviting experience rather than an overtly warm sensation.
The lower floor houses all bedrooms, while the main floor features the living/dining room and kitchen
