The house has a chill-out area with a barbecue to relax and a large bedroom with auxiliary furniture for all your summer clothes. The kitchen is American and comfortable, with everything you need to spend a vacation in the old style, comfortable and relaxing, it has air conditioning and a sofa bed in the living room for two more people. There is free wifi and pets are allowed. Thus, making this home ideal for a family vacation. The centralised position of the home makes it easy for the guests to access supermarkets, restaurants, the Nautical club where you can eat and enjoy the magnificent public swimming pool. There are many sea beaches in and around the area for relaxing and basking in the sun. You can park your cars at the public parking lot. The interiors of the home are beautiful and have comfortable rooms.

Specifics
• For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
• Reservations for groups of persons under 18 years of age are not permitted
• It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
• This is a 4-person accommodation. Due to the measures surrounding the coronavirus, it is not allowed to stay in this accommodation in a group. You can book this accommodation if you and your fellow travellers form a family and/or household or travel with a group up to max 4 household(s).
