From the terrace (common use) you have a nice view over the surroundings and the swimming pool (located below, reachable by stairs). Located on a 90 hectare estate, the farm enjoys a strategic position, offering guests numerous options for unforgettable days out. Just three kilometres from Marina di Montalto with its sandy beaches, the estate is also at the centre of an archeologically important area: Vulci with its park, the Etruscan museum and castle, Tarquinia with its necropolis and more besides. The proximity to the Tuscan border makes Capalbio and Mount Argentario easily reachable within a few minutes. Many other destinations of interest are just as close and include: Viterbo, Tuscania, Bomarzo with its mysterious monster park, Lake Bolsena and more. The Aurelia road makes Rome reachable by car in just one hour. Golf lovers will be happy to know that there is a course in Tarquinia (15 km) and Sutri (60 km); not to mention the new Argentario course (35 km).

Located in Montalto di Castro and near the sea, this farmhouse has 2 bedrooms to host a family of 4 with children. It comes with a shared swimming pool and heating. You have sandy beaches at 3 km. If you enjoy history many archeological places like Vulci, the Etruscan museum and castle, Tarquinia, Capalbio, and Mount Argentario are nearby to explore. There are also interesting places like Viterbo, Tuscania, Bomarzo, and Lake Bolsena. You also have golf courses nearby to enjoy. With supermarkets and restaurants at 4 km, all facilities are within reach. The farmhouse gives a pleasant stay with heating, air conditioning, and a spacious kitchen with TV. Kids can sleep well on the cot. The terrace is ideal for a peaceful evening amidst nature. Play equipment and table tennis are arranged for entertainment.
