This charming villa can accommodate 8 to 10 people comfortably. On the ground floor is a kitchen / dining room / sitting room area, 3 bedrooms and 3 en suite bathrooms. The upper floor has a bedroom and a bathroom. 3 double beds size is 180 x 190 cm, and 1 double bed size is 200 x 190 cm.

The Neighborhood:
The villa is located a short distance from the sea, which you will be able to walk to from the front of your villa. The villa is ideally located near the Sumartin port on Brac Island, where you will also find bars, shops and traditional Croatian restaurants that benefit from freshly caught and prepared fish dishes. You are surrounded by greenery during your stay in this villa and you will find an abundance of hiking and biking opportunities.
The port of Sumartin is the perfect base for day trips to other Croatian locations. Makarska is a short distance from Brac and the island of Hvar can be found to the south. You will be challenged to find a villa that is as ideally located as this villa.
