Description

The blue sea within eyesight and the feel of a beach towel on the skin: this modern, two-storey villa has large windows everywhere, but at the same time, skilfully conceals the lovely pool and its lounge areas behind trees and hedges. Privacy is appreciated in the villa district. When the terrace awnings are extended, you will feel really separated from neighbours in the cosy outdoor living space. You can BBQ, chill out or feast to your heart's content here. The whole sea environment is at the feet of sun worshippers sunning themselves on the expansive roof deck. You can also drop all your clothes here once in a while if you like. The Bay of Palma can be seen in all its beauty. The capital's lights twinkle at night, making you wonder whether you still want to head over there later for a cocktail or a stroll. There is an asphalt parking area by the house where you can park your hire car safely and conveniently, and there is even enough movement space around the ping pong table. Villa "Redrema" not only promises rose-coloured times but Buddha also pervades the house and brings harmony and holiday bliss.

The living area has rather restrained furnishings and accentuated design with a TV corner, dining table, and built-in kitchen whose extra-large refrigerator is ideal for those hot days and the variety of offerings to be bought from the farmers' markets. Not only those with allergies will be happy to see the carpet-free marble floors. Villa "Redrema" wants to let in as much light into the rooms as possible and the focus is on the large glass facade facing the pool and sea. Windows and terrace doors play a decisive role in the house. There is direct access to the outside from all four guest rooms; from the two downstairs and the two upstairs. Large built-in wardrobes help you stow away even the largest luggage. The first floor and the balcony, however, must be shared in peace. The spacious master suite, with a 1.8 x 2 m double bed, en-suite shower room and dressing area, transitions into the open-plan gallery which also has a double bed and gives your guests limited privacy but with a fantastic view. A family easily moves closer together here while sunbathing and having a cosy evening watching TV. Downstairs there are two more elegant bathrooms, one of them with a bathtub, so that each guest room has its own -not quite en-suite like upstairs but still a bathroom nearby...

When the market is open in Llucmajor, you surely must go there: famous Café Colón, in nostalgia-filled Plaza España, adds a chapter of island history to the coffee you're drinking. With caffeine in your veins and with the power of prayer you can then easily climb the 542 m high mountain, Puig de Randa. It is worth the effort just to see the superb views. As a reward you can also treat yourself to a gourmet meal on the cliffs of Mirador de Cabrera in Cala Pí, even if it exacts a heavy toll on your holiday budget. Aqualand in El Arenal, the largest seaside water park on the island, is where your children can play games and have fun. Golf Maioris with its 60 ha property offers a course for the discerning golfer. Surrounding beaches such as Es Trenc are a natural phenomenon all on their own. The flat region around Puigderrós also has beautiful bike paths on offer.
