Hacienda El Alamo is located on a large plot of 15000 squared meters in a spectacular rural environment in the natural area of Barranco Blanco. The house has a large terrace with plenty of comfortable places to sit in the shade, a large private swimming pool, a Jacuzzi, a ping pong table and an outside barbecue area. The terrace offers complete privacy and magnificent views of the protected natural area.

This is a typical Spanish rural house with thick walls and small windows to keep the heat out and the warmth in. The house is equipped with fans for the summer and electric radiators throughout the house for the winter. The fireplace can also be used.

The main bedroom with a double bed can be accessed via the inside of the house. The other two bedrooms have access through the inside patio and have two individual beds each.

The house has three bathrooms, with a total of three bathtubs (all three jacuzzis, two inside and one outside), two showers, and a toilet at the inside patio.

The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge and freezer, oven and microwave, crockery and cutlery, kettle, juicer, coffee machine, toaster and even a dishwasher. There are also a washing machine and an iron.

Important note: due to this property being located in a protected natural area and the current legislation, for safety reasons it is illegal to use fire on the exterior of the property from April to October. This means that the barbecue CANNOT be used in the months from and including April to October.

Important note II: the outside jacuzzi can be used all year with cold water. To use the outside jacuzzi with hot water there is a supplement of €20,00 per day.

It is located surrounded by forest 6km from several restaurants, bars, shops and all types of services in the towns of Coin and Alhaurin el Grande, 7km from the Alhaurin Golf course, 15km from the Lauro Golf course, 20km from Fuengirola , 30km from Marbella, 25km from Aqualand and Aquamijas water park and Tivoli World Benalmadena amusement park, 30km from Malaga Airport AGP - Costa del Sol, 35km from Malaga with its Maria Zambrano AVE train station and bus station, and 50km from Lake Embalse del Guadalhorce and Camino del Rey.
