This holiday home is in Parc Residencial Empúries region of Catalonia in Spain. It can accommodate up to 4 guests and has 2 spacious bedrooms. It is perfect for a large family or for a group that wants to spend time holidaying on the Spanish Coast. Only 300 M from the sea, it is located in the middle of Bay of Roses. The places to visit nearby are Aiguamolls Emporda, the ruins of Sant Marti d'Empuries, the Salvador Dali museum in Figueres and nature park Cap de Creus. The traditional home has a beautiful garden and you can access the terrace from the first floor. Both the garden and pool are private. The nearest airport is the Girona Airport which is at a distance of 45 KM. Town center is 1.5 KM away and the train station is 20 KM away; restaurants, tourist information and river is 1 KM away. There is a tourist tax of € 0,90 per person for each night and a maximum of 2 pets are allowed at the cost of € 3 per pet for the stay.
