This bungalow-style building has an area of 90m2 on a plot of 300m2 and consists of a large living room with terrace overlooking a magnificent garden, two double bedrooms with large wardrobes, two bathrooms with shower, a dining area, an open-plan kitchen with all appliances, parking and a great pool of 8m x 4m.

From the lounge, you can enjoy a beautiful panoramic view of the terrace garden, with the golf course and mountains in the background. Very comfortable, with design and decoration that convey openness and beauty.

This holiday home has just been refurbished, with new decor and fittings and now can accommodate up to 6 people in 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed, and another one with two single beds and a double sofa bed in the living room.
