During the top season ( july/august/september)we just accept bookings from Saturday to Saturday, so please bear that in mind before booking.
A wonderfull charming and luxurious completely refurbished south-west facing property, with 180º sea views and restyled in 2022 with pool, perfectly suited for a family with children or 2 or 3 couples.
Only 450 meters from sand beach (very safe for children). All amenities, play ground, tram station and grocery store at 10 minutes walking distance.
The villa has 1 master bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower and bath tub and 2 more bedrooms with 1 bathroom. All new beds of 2023.

The villa consists of a very bright and spacious open plan living room with a fire place, dining area and well equipped kitchen with black granite top, oven, microwave, American style fridge/freezer with drinking water, ice cibs and crunched ice, dish washer, Nespresso machineand induction cooker.
The washing machine and tumble dryer are in the general bathroom that has a shower in it.
Big sliding doors are leading to the terrace with pool. it has also sun blinds. The terrace has a BBQ, a 2 comfortable lounge sets, marble dinning table, and sun beds with wooden umbrellas.

There is a private drive way to the house with enough space to park up to 3 cars.
