VISTA DEL MAR-This traditional Spanish style villa is located in the residential area of Venta La Nuza, near El Campello. Venta La Nuza is a quiet area where Spaniards and foreigners live all year. In front of the villa, facing south, is the private pool (5 x 10 m) with a large terrace where the sun shines all day. You will also find two covered terraces next to the terrace if you want to find some shade. There is a grill and smoker grill, both of which are very popular with our guests. Inside the house there is a large living-dining room with an open kitchen, ideal for cooking together. On the same floor you will find 3 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms, one of which is en-suite. There is a separate guest apartment in the house with a bedroom, bathroom and a living room with a sofa bed. All bedrooms and the living room - dining room are equipped with air conditioning (hot / cold). 2 additional beds at a cost of €150/unit. per stay.
