The space
This newly-built Villa has 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms. Two of the three rooms has AC one of them have only ceiling fan. The kitchen equipped with the essentials, a dining room, and a comfortable living room area with TV, couches, AC and ceiling fan.

- Electricity, gas, hot water, Wi-Fi internet
- Full kitchen, generously equipped
-Bed linens, bathroom towels, pool towels, shower gel, shampoo,
conditioner and toilet paper.
- In unit laundry room with washer and dryer.
-The house is professionally cleaned and inspected before and after every guest arrival/departure.
- We have a co-host locally in Punta Cana at your services.

* Our house is located in a tropical flora and fauna, it's not uncommon to encounter a few friendly bugs during your stay. Rest assured, these gentle visitors are simply a part of the vibrant ecosystem that makes our location so special. We've taken measures to minimize their presence indoors, but we encourage you to embrace the enchanting sights and sounds of the tropical environment.
