Zazenda House is located in The Bay of Kotor, 25 km from Dubrovnik's airport, in the tranquil village of Njivice (1 km from the Croatian border). The village is by the sea featuring many options for swimming, from the concrete piers to two private hotel beaches (entrance fee). There is a market and a few restaurants in the village, and two big supermarkets 2,5 km away. Public transport with 4-5 tours/day. Iberostar Herceg Novi Hotel, just four minutes from the house provides an ATM.
Our property features several balconies and terraces and outdoor dining areas, BBQ in the garden and a magnificent view over the Bay.
