This beautiful two/three bedroom villa has its own beautiful private pool and unique unobstructed sea views. Located in the village of Gundogan, on the beautiful Bodrum peninsula, quiet and peaceful, yet only thirty minutes from the vibrant city of Bodrum. This light & airy open plan villa is tastefully decorated in a contemporary agean style. The kitchen is well equipped for all your catering needs, and has patio doors which lead out onto the large covered patio. On the terrace you will find a large table and six comfortable chairs for alfresco dining. There are sunbeds for relaxing around the private swimming pool and a BBQ. The bedrooms consist of one spacious master bedroom with double bed, wardrobes and chest of drawers,. The second bedroom has twin beds and a wardrobe. The 5th and 6th guests can be accommodated in an area off the living room with double bed , seperated by a screen. There are two bathrooms, one upstairs with a bath and shower, and one downstairs with a shower. The local buses pass by the villa regularly during the day and night and will take you into the centre of Gundogan and all amenities. The buses can take you all around the peninsula to Bodrum, Yalikavak, Bitez, Turgutreis, Turbuku,... In addition to the private pool, the complex has a shared infinity pool to enjoy the sun and stunning views with your friends and family. There is also a small childrens pool and play area. Free Wi-Fi access is available at the pool area 24 hours a day. The pool is open from May - Oct, is unheated and there is no lifeguard on duty. SEA/BEACH ACCESS: For those who prefer to swim / snorkel in the sea there is a private beach area just 400 metres from the complex which will be available to you as a guest in Villa Mia. Access is by way of steps down from the road opposite the entrance to the complex. It is also possible to drive to this area as there is parking - approx 5 mins by car. This area has a beautiful jetty and sun loungers, on three different levels , changing facilities cafe facilities/ etc so is a very pleasant way to spend a day at the beach if you fancy a swim in the sea. If you fancy a change of scenery Gündogan Beach is less than 10 minutes drive (accessible by bus also) where there is plenty of sunbathing space on the beach and on the many jetties beside restaurants and hotels which are mainly free of charge. A wide variety of water sports / sailing / boat trips are available in Gundogan both in the sailing club and the information stand on the harbour front.
